Fork-Levator Fork Truck Service Lift -- Accessories

The Wheels Free Jacking Bridge is a useful accessory where access to a wheels-free underside is required on a regular basis.  This accessory “bridges” the lift’s two runways to provide a rugged steel welded platform for supporting a hydraulic jack (not included).  The jack is used to raise the vehicle wheels off the service lift platform. The bridge telescopes easily to accommodate the service lift’s adjustable runways and has a rated capacity of 12,000 lbs. even when lifting at off-center positions.

The Third Wheel Island is required for lifting 3-wheeled vehicles.  It automatically provides wheels-free access to the steering wheel.  To use the island, position the truck on the lift so that the 3rd wheel rests on the island. The Fork-Levator is then raised allowing the runways to pick up the steering end of vehicle. This process makes the steering wheel fully accessible.

This uniquely designed Level Lift Crane has geometry which permits the head of the crane to remain in a horizontal position. The crane is used for the accurate removal and installation of heavy underside components.  The crane is supplied with two swivel wheels, two rigid wheels, bottom hook and precision hand pump. (Transmission mount plate not included). Other versions are available.

The Axle Stand is useful for exterior wheels-free access to brakes and tires. To use the axle stand, drive the lift truck onto lift and raise it. Position the axle stand between the runways so that when the Fork-Levator is lowered, the stand picks up the vehicle and lifts the wheels off the runways.  This all-welded stand is supplied with lifting handle, height securing pin, post top cradle and is painted in safety yellow. The low height of the stand is 19” and is adjustable in 3” intervals to 30”. Base dimensions are 14” x 14”.
