Handling Specialty's transformer assembly work platform illustrates how custom lifts not only improve workplace efficiency but also increase employee safety.  Replacing an awkward array of scaffolding, the platform lift offers utility as well as special features.  Incorporated in the design are platforms that translate 60" in and out.This enables employees to reach an optimal work position.

A clean working environment is critical to transformer assembly which dictated that the lift system be entirely self-contained.  Other features include a central vacuum system; full air system for tools; fans for worker climate control; underside lighting; and, a safety trip system.  A final special feature is the one-of-a-kind sliding staircase which maintains its incline regardless of the platform's height.
