Custom Lift for Automotive CMM Cell

(Niagara Falls, NY  August 29, 2003)  Handling Specialty recently supplied two custom electro-mechanical lifts for an automotive Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) cell.  Each 2,500 lb. capacity lift lowers a vehicle body and cart from the main conveyor line into position for measurement.  Shipped ready for integration with front end controls and a power roller conveyor top, the lifts were engineered to cycle 20 times/hour for 20 hours/day.   Visit www.handling.com for more custom lift solutions.
