Custom Scissor Lift Cart Attachment for Fork Trucks

(Niagara Falls, NY  February 25, 2005)    Engineered and manufactured for transporting large gear boxes and motors in an assembly plant, this scissor lift cart and porta-arm combination reduced the handling time per gear box by two-thirds. 

The hydraulically-actuated lift features a capacity of 10,000 lb. with a collapsed height of only 16”.  The porta-arm is easily engaged without the fork truck driver ever having to leave his seat and allows significant manoeuvrability of the wheeled scissor lift platform.
